- 2 -4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 lbs gourmet baby red potatoes
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 -3 tablespoons chives
- salt & pepper (coarse salt & fresh ground pepper are best)
Recipe
- 1 quarter unpeeled potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until tender (about 15-20 minutes).
