- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 lb greens
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 wash greens, rinse, remove stems& set aside to dry.
- 2 heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3 add garlic& cook for 30 seconds.
- 4 stir in greens, cover& cook for about 1 minute or until just wilted.
- 5 sprinkle with lemon juice and season to taste.
