Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons black tea leaves (or 3 tea bags)
- 5 cups boiling water
- 1 1/4 cups milk, heated
- 1/3-2/3 cup sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 -3 cardamom pods, cracked open (or 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom)
- 1 cinnamon stick
Recipe
- 1 steep tea in boiling water.
- 2 add milk, sugar, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick.
- 3 simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- 4 strain and serve hot.
