Microwaved Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, beat eggs.
- 2 stir in the corn, milk, cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.
- 3 pour into a greased 1-qt. microwave safe dish.
- 4 cover and microwave at 70% power for 6-7 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 5 let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- 6 sprinkle with paprika.
