Ingredients

- 1 quart sweet apple cider
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, stir spices into cider and simmer for about 10 minutes over moderate heat.
- 2 pour through a strainer with small holes to remove the spices that haven't dissolved.
- 3 serve piping hot.
