Spinach Parathas

Ingredients
- 1 paratha dough
- 1 cup spinach, cleaned & finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
- salt
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- oil (to shallow fry)
Recipe
- 1 the spinach must be towel dried well.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients together.
- 3 roll a lump of dough as for paratha.
- 4 spread some spinach over it.
- 5 sprinkle some dry mixture all over.
- 6 make a tight swiss roll.
- 7 now twist into a coil.
- 8 press together and re-roll to full size.
- 9 shallow fry and serve hot.
- 10 variation: use chopped fenugreek leaves instead of spinach to make'methi paratha'.
