Spinach Pancake

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 12 ounces milk
  • 1 ounce butter, melted
  • 5 ounces flour
  • 4 eggs
  • sugar
  • 1 lb spinach, steamed and chopped,squeezed dry
  • nutmeg (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine the milk, butter, flour, eggs, and sugar to form a batter.
  • 2 add the spinach and season the batter with salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste.
  • 3 saute the pancakes on a griddle or in platter pans until done.
  • 4 serve immediately.
