- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- seasoning, to taste
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet on low heat.
- 2 add eggs, milk, seasoning.
- 3 cook slowly stiring until eggs start to thicken.
