Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon vinegar

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a heavy pan over medium heat.till mixture reaches the soft crack stage -- 270*-289* on a candy thermometer.
• 2 pour into buttered jelly roll pan --
• 3 set aside to cool.
• 4 cut into squares to serve.
• 5 wrap in colorful waxed paper squares.
