Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a heavy pan over medium heat.till mixture reaches the soft crack stage -- 270*-289* on a candy thermometer.
- 2 pour into buttered jelly roll pan --
- 3 set aside to cool.
- 4 cut into squares to serve.
- 5 wrap in colorful waxed paper squares.
