Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix, prepared and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 boneless skinless dove breasts, chopped finely
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 lightly grease 2 quart casserole, set aside.
- 3 in medium skillet cook and stir dove, celery, onion and parsley in butter over medium heat until tender.
- 4 add remaining stuffing ingriedients, mix until moistened.
- 5 bake covered one hour.
