Don't Say Yuck Yet !! Potatoes In A Can

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 open can; drain.
  • 2 heat oil in fry pan.
  • 3 saute onions& green pepper until soft.
  • 4 add drained potatoes, paprika, salt& pepper.
  • 5 fry on each side until golden brown.
  • 6 drain on paper towels.
