Ingredients
- 1 turkey carcass, practically picked clean
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 carrots
- 1 sprig thyme
Recipe
- 1 toss everything into a large stock pot.
- 2 add enough water to cover.
- 3 bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
- 4 simmer for 1 hour.
- 5 strain.
