Spinach And Tomato Pita Filling

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, or more to taste, chopped
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
- stir spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, tomatoes, flour, and butter together in a bowl; spread into an 8-inch baking dish.
