Easy Campfire Potatoes " Made In The Oven"

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup shredded smoky sharp cheddar cheese
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 (12 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes

Recipe

• 1 sauté onions in butter. place in shallow one quart baking dish or small skillet, brushed with butter. add flour, salt,pepper. mix well; add cheese. pour milk over cheese top with frozen potatoes.
• 2 cover bake at 350°f for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are thawed mix well return to oven uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
