Easy Campbell's Soup Honey Mustard Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • toasted walnuts (optional) or pecans (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 2 cook chicken for 10 minutes or until browned.
  • 3 remove chicken and set aside.
  • 4 add soup, mayonnaise, honey, and mustard, and stir. heat to boiling.
  • 5 add chicken and reduce heat to low. cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • 6 top with toasted walnuts or pecans if desired.
