Easy Apple Pie With Graham Crust

Ingredients

- 1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts (use keebler for this)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 (19 ounce) can apple pie filling
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 brush the bottom and sides of the crust with egg yolk and discard any leftover yolk.
- 2 place the crust on a baking sheet.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
- 4 in a medium bowl combine the pie filling with 1/2 cup chopped pecans, then spread into the pie crust.
- 5 in a small saucepan combine the remaining 1/2 cup pecans, brown sugar and butter; cook over medium heat until boiling, immediately spread over the pie filling.
- 6 bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
- 7 let cool slightly before serving.
