Easy Apple Flan

Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 125 g butter
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 125 g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degree.
- 2 grease a pie or flan dish.
- 3 melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
- 4 remove saucepan from heat.
- 5 in a bowl, beat eggs together with caster sugar.
- 6 stir in melted butter, mix well.
- 7 sift in flour, a little at a time.
- 8 mix well.
- 9 add vanilla essence and salt.
- 10 set mixture aside.
- 11 peel apples, remove cores and pips and cut them into thin slices.
- 12 pour a little of mixture into dish.
- 13 arrange sliced apples on the dish then cover with the rest of the mixture.
- 14 bake apple flan for 45 to 60 minutes.
