Easy Apple Flan

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 125 g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degree.
  • 2 grease a pie or flan dish.
  • 3 melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
  • 4 remove saucepan from heat.
  • 5 in a bowl, beat eggs together with caster sugar.
