Easy Apple-blueberry Crisp

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 3 cups peeled and sliced granny smith apples (or diced)
- 1/2-1 cup fresh blueberries (if frozen, drained)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 (6 ounce) package apple crumble mix (or cherry)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 mix first 6 ingredients and put in greased 9 inch pan.
- 3 combine melted butter with crisp mixture until crumbly. sprinkle mixture evenly over fruit.
- 4 bake 25-30 minute or until bubbly and golden brown.
- 5 serve warm, if desired, top with ice cream or whipped cream.
