Easy Apple-blueberry Crisp

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced granny smith apples (or diced)
  • 1/2-1 cup fresh blueberries (if frozen, drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 (6 ounce) package apple crumble mix (or cherry)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 mix first 6 ingredients and put in greased 9 inch pan.
  • 3 combine melted butter with crisp mixture until crumbly. sprinkle mixture evenly over fruit.
  • 4 bake 25-30 minute or until bubbly and golden brown.
  • 5 serve warm, if desired, top with ice cream or whipped cream.
