Ingredients
- 6 -8 large red potatoes, cut in small dice
- 2 boiled chicken breasts, cut in small dice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 -8 tablespoons hidden valley® original ranch® dressing
- 6 -8 chives, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 beet, cut in small dice
Recipe
- 1 boil the chicken breast in a pot with red onion, salt and pepper.
- 2 cut in small dice and put aside.
- 3 in a separate pot boil potatoes aldente.
- 4 cut in small dice.
- 5 cook the entire beet by it self until well done.
- 6 peel and clean.
- 7 cut into small dice.
- 8 in a large bowl mix all, the red potatoes, the chicken, the mayonnaise, the ranch, the shallots and the beet.
- 9 add salt and fresh pepper.
- 10 refrigerate for ten minutes.
- 11 now find a beutiful serving dish and carefully pour it in.
- 12 now sprinkle the minced chives on top and serve!
