Dr. Gavrilyuk Chicken Potato Salad #rsc

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 large red potatoes, cut in small dice
  • 2 boiled chicken breasts, cut in small dice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 -8 tablespoons hidden valley® original ranch® dressing
  • 6 -8 chives, minced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1 beet, cut in small dice

Recipe

  • 1 boil the chicken breast in a pot with red onion, salt and pepper.
  • 2 cut in small dice and put aside.
  • 3 in a separate pot boil potatoes aldente.
  • 4 cut in small dice.
  • 5 cook the entire beet by it self until well done.
  • 6 peel and clean.
  • 7 cut into small dice.
  • 8 in a large bowl mix all, the red potatoes, the chicken, the mayonnaise, the ranch, the shallots and the beet.
  • 9 add salt and fresh pepper.
  • 10 refrigerate for ten minutes.
  • 11 now find a beutiful serving dish and carefully pour it in.
  • 12 now sprinkle the minced chives on top and serve!
