Dr. Fuhrman's Eat To Live Veg-lentil Soup

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 cups lentils
  • 1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup couscous, uncooked
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, diced
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix
  • 6 cups chicken broth (can use water to make it vegan)

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything in a large pot.
  • 2 bring to a boil and simmer over low flame for 2 hours.
