- 1 1/2 cups lentils
- 1/2 cup barley or 1/2 cup couscous, uncooked
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix
- 6 cups chicken broth (can use water to make it vegan)
Recipe
- 1 mix everything in a large pot.
- 2 bring to a boil and simmer over low flame for 2 hours.
