- 1 preheat oven to 375-degrees.
- 2 soak tortillas in warmed chicken broth.
- 3 grill chicken and cut in bite size pieces.
- 4 mix 1 cup sour cream with chicken, cilantro and spices.
- 5 may add a half cup of cheese to mixture.
- 6 fill tortillas with mixture and place rolled tortilla in shallow 3-quart baking dish seam side down.
- 7 mix 1/2 cup cheese, broth and sour cream together and pour on top of enchiladas.
- 8 cover with cheese and sprinkle paprika on top.

- 10 top with sour cream if desired.

- 2 put chicken in a pot of water, add salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of butter.
- 3 bring chicken to boil and heat until chicken is done. (usually i wait until the chicken falls off the fork.).

- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 cook cubed chicken and onions 5-7 minutes in skillet over med-hi heat or until juices are clear.
- 3 mix green chilis, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl. microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
- 4 put 1/3 celsius of chicken in the center of each tortilla.

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 2 place chicken breasts in pan and cover with sliced mozarella cheese.

- 4 top with stuffing mix.
- 5 pour melted butter over stuffing mix.
