sweet potato and carrot pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon spice
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 45 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • place the potatoes, carrots, sugar, milk, eggs, and spice together in a blender; blend until smooth. pour mixture into the pie crust.
  • bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
