Spinach And Tomato Pita Filling

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, or more to taste, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Ready Time: 30 mins

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • stir spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, tomatoes, flour, and butter together in a bowl; spread into an 8-inch baking dish.
  • bake in the preheated oven until slightly set, about 20 minutes.
