Easy Chicken And Dumplings

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 small cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 2 5/8 ounces country gravy mix
  • 10 ounces chicken gravy
  • 12 ounces buttermilk biscuits
  • 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Recipe

  • 1 pick chicken clean and discard carcass.
  • 2 add all ingredients except biscuits to a big pot.
  • 3 bring to a boil. turn heat down to medium and simmer 25 minute.
  • 4 quarter biscuit dough, roll into balls, and drop into stew.
  • 5 cover and simmer 15 more minutes, or until biscuit dough is cooked through.
