Ingredients

- 1 small cooked rotisserie chicken
- 2 5/8 ounces country gravy mix
- 10 ounces chicken gravy
- 12 ounces buttermilk biscuits
- 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Recipe
- 1 pick chicken clean and discard carcass.
- 2 add all ingredients except biscuits to a big pot.
- 3 bring to a boil. turn heat down to medium and simmer 25 minute.
- 4 quarter biscuit dough, roll into balls, and drop into stew.
- 5 cover and simmer 15 more minutes, or until biscuit dough is cooked through.
