- 2 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine sliced cucumber and onions with all other ingredients.
- 2 cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
