Dilly Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

- 8 cups thinly sliced pared cucumbers (4 medium)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Recipe
- 1 place cucumbers in a large bowl.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients except dill weed; pour over cucumbers and mix gently.
- 3 sprinkle with dill weed.
- 4 cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- 5 mix lightly before serving.
- 6 if desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
