Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, chilled
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- garlic salt (lowry's is the absolute best)
- dried dill
Recipe
- 1 slice ends from cucumbers and peel. cut in half and quarter each half to total 16 spears.
- 2 brush spears with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic salt and dried dill.
- 3 serve immediately! crunch, crunch, mmmmmmm -- .
