Ingredients

- 1/2 lb chicken liver
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bunch green onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon seasoning
- salt
- black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups brown rice
Recipe
- 1 chop the livers as small as you can, i used a food processor. chop the onions, celery and bell pepper and mince the garlic. in a large pan add the oil, the onions, celery, garlic and bell pepper and saute until transparent. add the livers, ground turkey and lamb and cook until done. add the spices, chicken broth, and rice and cook until rice is done.
