- 1 (275 ml) bottle chili sauce
- 6 birds eye chiles (more if need be)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 8 cloves shallots
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredient.
- 2 add in soy sauce and lemon juice (to taste).
- 3 mixed well and keep chill.
