Dipping Sauce For Vietnamese Spring Rolls (sauce Only)

Ingredients
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili paste with garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and wisk.
2 serve with soft spring/summer rolls!
