Dilled Mushroom Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup dry white
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 cups chicken bouillon
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 sauté onion in a medium saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes until soft.
  • 2 add the mushrooms through dill.
  • 3 cover and simmer 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  • 4 add the bouillon and heat through.
  • 5 season with salt to taste.
  • 6 serve in soup cups each topped with 2 tbs sour cream.
