Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill leaves, chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 2 cups cucumbers, pared, seeded & chopped
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
Recipe
- 1 stir the mayonnaise, dill, garlic, chives and pepper together.
- 2 add cucumbers.
- 3 fold in the yogurt. chill.
- 4 makes 3 cup.
