Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled & cut into eighths (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Recipe
- 1 place milk& butter in a medium bowl.
- 2 cook potatoes in boiling water to cover, 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
- 3 mash with milk& butter in the bowl.
- 4 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 5 serve immediately.
