Cure-all Ginger Tea

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • artificial sweetener

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium saucepan on high heat, bring the water to a boil.
  • 2 add the ginger and cayenne and reduce heat.
  • 3 simmer for 20 minutes and strain.
  • 4 add sweetener to taste.
  • 5 drink and be healthy.
