Easy Cheesy Salsa Potatoes

Ingredients

- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)
- 1 cup old el paso thick 'n chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or pan.
- 3 in large bowl, combine cheese, salsa, onion, sour cream, soup and pepper; mix well.
- 4 add potatoes; mix well.
- 5 spread in greased dish.
- 6 in small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well.
- 7 sprinkle over potatoes.
- 8 bake at 350°f.
- 9 for 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
