Doris's Crockpot Lamb Stew

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs lamb, cubed into 1-inch pieces
- 0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup tapioca
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from lamb cubes. place in crock pot. add remaining ingredients and mix. cook on high 1 hour, then on low 8-9 hours, or keep it on high 4-5 hours. serve over noodles or rice. you can also mix in veggies during the last few minutes of cooking.
