Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1 lb sugar snap pea, pease strings removed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- 2 add shallots and saute until golden, about 5 minutes.
- 3 add frozen peas and sugar snap peas; saute 5 minutes or until sugar snap peas are crisp-tender.
- 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
