Sauteed Spinach With Garlic

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach, stemmed and coarsely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • 2 add garlic and cook, stirring , about 30 seconds.
  • 3 add orange juice; cook until reduced a bit, about 30 seconds.
