Ingredients

- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups peaches
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
Recipe
- 1 heat milk and add eggs.
- 2 cook until thickened--about 6 to 8 minutes.
- 3 add pureed peaches, lemon juice, and 1/4 c sugar.
- 4 add peach mixture to milk base.
- 5 refrigerate at least two hours.
- 6 freeze in an ice cream maker per instructions.
