Ingredients
- 3 quarts water
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 cup salt
- 2 teaspoons dill seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon alum
- 20 -30 pickling cucumbers
Recipe
- 1 boil water vinegar and salt in large pot.
- 2 put cucumbers in canning bottles.
- 3 add dill seed and alum.
- 4 pour juice over cucumbers.
- 5 put lids on and seal.
- 6 * amount depends on how many jars you plan on using.
