Ingredients

- 1 package fresh cranberries
- 2 cups sugar (+/-)
- 1/4 cup brandy
Recipe
- 1 in a 2 qt.
- 2 pyrex measuring cup or microwave safe container, stir in rinsed berries and sugar.
- 3 cover with vented plastic wrap.
- 4 cook on high for 12 minutes.
- 5 stir in 1/4 cup brandy and 1/4 cup more sugar.
- 6 serve hot or cold.
