Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal

- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 1/8 cup dried blueberries
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- 2 in a bowl mix together the ingredients in the order listed, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
- 3 spread the mixture on a jelly roll pan sprayed for 2 seconds with cooking spray.
- 4 bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- 5 bake until the oats are golden brown.
- 6 cool and store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bags.
