Ingredients

- 5 lbs apples
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 peel the apples, cored them and cut into slices.
- 2 sautee in butter and sprinkle with sugar until they are delicately brown and caramelized.
- 3 after caramelizing add wine and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4 you can serve plain or sprinkle with cinnamon and a dab of whipped cream.
