Low Fat Blueberry Bran Muffin

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup wheat bran
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 cup molasses
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 mix together dry ingredients in large bowl.
- 3 mix together wet ingredients in another bowl.
- 4 add wet to dry ingredients, stir until just combined.
- 5 gently stir in blueberries.
- 6 bake for 18 minutes.
