- 8 hot dogs, i use ball park
- 28 ounces sauerkraut
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet add the sauerkraut. place hot dogs on top of the kraut.
- 2 cover and let simmer 15-20 minutes or until hot dogs are plump and hot.
- 3 serve over mashed potatoes.
