Ingredients

- 6 potatoes, skins on
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes with the skins on, cool.
- 2 cut into cubes and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
- 3 melt butter and pour over potatoes.
- 4 cut up velveeta cheese and put on top of potatoes.
- 5 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 top with cornflake crumbs.
- 7 bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
