Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken gizzard, chopped very fine
- 1 lb lamb or 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1/4 cup celery
- 4 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 brown ground meats in oil in a heavy pot.
- 2 when browned add chopped onions,pepper and celery.
- 3 cook all together on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- 4 add cooked rice,mix well simmer for 10 minutes on very low heat.
- 5 season to taste.
