Donna's Creamy Hash Browns Casserole

Ingredients
- 30 ounces frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, 1 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. spread into a greased casserole dish. sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
