Donna's Creamy Hash Browns Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 30 ounces frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, 1 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. spread into a greased casserole dish. sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
