Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) can cling peach slices, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Recipe
- 1 drain the peaches well, cut into pieces.
- 2 whip cream until slightly thickened, beat in egg yolk.
- 3 drizzle in honey, continue beating until thick and creamy.
- 4 fold in peaches and extract.
- 5 chill.
- 6 stir well before serving.
