Ingredients
- 3 medium peaches, peeled pitted, and chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
Recipe
- 1 place the chopped peaches in a bowl and mash them with the back of a large spoon. stir in vanilla. add half & half and mix well. pour the mixture into ice cream maker and freeze as usual. for firmer ice cream, spoon into container, cover, and freeze for 3 hours.
